Seeking a communicative and solution-oriented Coordinator / SPOC to drive improvement and structure within ITSM. The role involves coordinating and prioritizing tasks for the ServiceNow instance, acting as the link between business and ServiceNow management to ensure smooth processes, efficient development, and clear communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for ServiceNow further development
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose measures to simplify and standardize processes
  • Reuse forms and scripts in a structured and efficient way
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure on-time deliveries
  • Handle escalations and serve as contact point between ServiceNow and internal teams
