Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Kollmorgen, you will lead the development of real-time software for fleet management and path planning algorithms for AGVs and AMRs. You will collaborate closely with customers to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, align development with company strategy, and ensure delivery of customer value with agility.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in Engineering physics, Software engineering, IT management or similar
  • 4+ years experience as Product Owner for software products
  • Experience working in the SAFe framework
  • Experience managing customer interaction
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate about stakeholder management
Responsibilities:
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
  • Break down epics into features and prioritize them
  • Balance new feature development with software architectural work for sustainable quality and research
  • Ensure product development aligns with company strategy and vision
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand needs and priorities
  • Support the team by removing obstacles and help focus on delivering value
  • Communicate work transparently cross-functionally
