Consultant in Identity Management

We are looking for a senior consultant to work with identity management in a socially important organization. You will work closely with an experienced IAM-focused team, contributing your expertise in both maintenance and development to make a real difference. A developer background with knowledge in DevSecOps is preferred, as IAM is often connected to internally developed systems. Technical skills will also be valuable in further developing the identity management platform. Interest in security is a big plus.
Main requirements:
- Experience working within IT in various roles (e.g., developer, architect)
- Experience working in a government agency
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with maturity and good judgment
- Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) / Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- Ability to be on-site in Jönköping for the entire assignment
Responsibilities:
- Manage systems, routines, and processes within identity management (IAM)
- Work independently on investigations and implementation tasks
- Participate actively in daily maintenance activities within the team
- Provide third-line support as part of the IAM team
Required hard skills:
- Active Directory (AD) / ADFS
- Experience with agile working methods
- Fluency in Swedish language (spoken and written)
Recommended hard skills:
- Developer background with PowerShell knowledge
- Experience in IT security and security architecture
- Experience with OpenText IDM/IGA
- Experience with Keycloak
- Knowledge in DevSecOps
Soft skills:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lead and develop colleagues
- High level of maturity and good judgment
- Strong generalist or specialist knowledge in IAM
Coding languages:
- PowerShell
