Virtualization Specialist in VMware

As a Virtualization Specialist, you will work with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance/performance optimization of the VMware virtualization platform. The role includes analyzing, structuring, proposing, further developing, and implementing infrastructure and services that match the organization's needs. You will also ensure that the infrastructure supports the architectural vision and continuously work with requirements gathering, market analysis, and prioritization.
Main requirements:
- Extensive experience with VMware virtualization platform and IT infrastructure/datacenters.
- Strong knowledge of VMware products including NSX-T, NSX-V, vSAN, vSphere, ESXi, ESX, vRealize, etc.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience with VMware.
- Good skills in patching, monitoring, backup/restore.
- Proficiency in Windows PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain VMware virtualization platforms.
- Analyze and develop infrastructure and services matching organizational needs.
- Ensure infrastructure supports architectural target state.
- Conduct ongoing requirements gathering, market monitoring, and prioritization.
Required hard skills:

- Windows PowerShell and scripting
