Change Manager in Cybersecurity

We are looking for a Change Manager in Cybersecurity to support customers throughout their security journey—from strategy to implementation and change management—ensuring sustainable security solutions integrated into business operations.
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years documented experience in change and project management within product or service development.
- At least 2 years experience interpreting or implementing management systems in cybersecurity and information security (e.g., ISO 21434, NIS2, EU Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent acquired competence.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English languages.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on cybersecurity regulations and legal requirements, helping customers navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Perform GAP analyses, risk assessments, and develop smart solutions to reduce risks and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement management systems, governance models, and policies to strengthen customers' security efforts.
- Drive change work, create security awareness, and embed new working methods and processes within organizations.
Required hard skills:
- Change and project management within product or service development.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and information security management systems and relevant standards (ISO 21434, NIS2, EU Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443).
- Risk assessment and GAP analysis.
- Development and implementation of governance models and security policies.
