Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming cases via phone, email and chat
- Provide technical support on RCO's products to resellers and end customers
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software and configuration
- Provide product information, user and installation manuals to customers and partners

- Microsoft 365 proficiency
