Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in architecture design, IT strategies, and digital transformations.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, system development, cloud platforms, networking, and modern technologies.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product development, and DevOps.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead initiatives from idea to implementation.
  • International experience or ability to work in a global context is advantageous.
  • A committed team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop IT strategies aligned with Fitness24Seven's business goals.
  • Analyze existing IT infrastructure and create technology roadmaps.
  • Design architecture for digital development, cloud infrastructure, networking, IT security, and data.
  • Create technical roadmaps for digital development including web, app, membership systems, and internal business support.
  • Ensure digital development and IT infrastructure work optimally together.
  • Drive innovation and technical solutions enhancing customer experience for hundreds of thousands of members.
  • Ensure scalable, stable, and modern IT environments to support international growth.
  • Inspire and develop an engaged team of developers, technicians, and digital specialists.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and operations to align digital solutions with business needs and promote synergy.
