We are expanding and looking for a new member to our enterprise team. Main requirements:
  • Relevant background and experience in IT, leaning towards technical IT, GIS or GIS technology fields
  • At least 5 years of professional experience facing various IT or IT-GIS intersection challenges
  • Experience working with servers and server operations sufficient to have meaningful dialogues with users involved in server management
  • Relevant university degree in IT or GIS or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring servers' health, capacity, and redundancy for use of Esri's products at customer sites
  • Design system architecture to create stable, reliable platforms supporting ArcGIS operations for customers
  • Oversee architecture, performance, integrations, security, robustness, automation, and monitoring
  • Ensure good customer organization for product maintenance and care
  • Support setting up correct technical prerequisites, cloud operation, and customer training
