We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and develop property management systems according to business needs. The role involves system administration, quality assurance, leading development phases, handling system integrations, and coordinating requirement gathering and upgrades. The position works cross-functionally, acting as a link between system suppliers and business stakeholders, focusing on long-term goals and user value.
Main requirements:
  • Experience and enjoyment working with business systems and user needs.
  • Manage, quality assure, and lead development phases in property management systems.
  • Comfortable with system integrations and their development.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, needs management, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Act as liaison between system providers and business responsible parties.
  • Support annual development plans and budgeting processes.
  • Contribute IT expertise in digitalization initiatives and change projects.
  • Collaboration across different city departments.
  • Develop and implement procedures, manuals, and process descriptions.
  • University degree (180 credits) in system development, computer science, or equivalent with practical experience.
  • Minimum two years work experience in the education sector.
  • Experience working independently with system administration and requirements management closely with business units.
  • Experience coordinating/project managing business needs within property management systems.
  • Proficient in database management, information flows, and integrations.
  • Strong oral and written Swedish skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop the property management system as per business needs.
  • Lead quality assurance and development phases for the system.
  • Handle system integrations.
  • Coordinate requirements collection, needs management, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Act as a bridge between system providers and business system owners.
  • Support annual development and budgeting plans.
  • Provide IT competence in digitalization and change projects.
  • Collaborate with other actors within the city.
  • Share responsibility for internal information collection processes.
  • Participate in cross-departmental collaborations.
  • Create and implement routines, manuals, and process descriptions.
Required hard skills:
  • University degree in system development, computer science or equivalent with experience.
  • Experience with system administration and requirements management.
  • Project management / coordination of business needs in property management systems.
  • Database management skills.
  • Experience with information flows and system integrations.
  • Proficient in Swedish, both oral and written.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with APIs (OAuth 2).
  • Experience with MS Power Automate and Power BI.
