Senior Project Manager SAP Company Code Split

Lead a critical and time-sensitive SAP company code split project, managing all phases from planning and design through migration and go-live support to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
Main requirements:
  • Proven project management experience with complex SAP projects, especially company code split or finance transformation
  • Strong knowledge of SAP system landscape and financial data structures
  • Experience in data migration, SAP configuration, and testing
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Fluency in Swedish and English spoken and written
  • Availability to work onsite in Västerås throughout the project duration
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timeline, milestones, resources, and budget
  • Align project goals with business objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Lead cross-functional teams of SAP experts, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Ensure timely execution of project phases and track milestones and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget with full ownership
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
  • Ensure quality and compliance standards for project outputs
  • Plan and manage financial data migration including GL, inventory, and master data
  • Oversee SAP system configuration changes for new company code structure
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of business processes and technical configurations
  • Validate system integrity, financial reporting, and inventory accuracy
  • Provide hands-on go-live support to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption
