Seeking a skilled analyst to combine economics and data analysis with HR at Skånes University Hospital. Main requirements:
  • Relevant university degree in statistics, mathematical modeling, economics, information systems or equivalent
  • Experience with quantitative analysis in HR, economics or production
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish language, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in analysis tools such as R, Python, Power BI or similar
  • Experience building models for staffing, resource planning or scheduling
  • Strong pedagogical and communicative abilities to explain complex topics to management
  • Ability to work independently with curiosity and to explore relationships
  • Skill in building understanding and bridging different perspectives

Responsibilities:
  • Develop data-driven analysis capabilities at the intersection of HR and economics focusing on predictive analysis, personnel economics, production and decision support
  • Build models to forecast staffing needs based on production data
  • Develop KPIs and visualizations linking personnel, production and economic data
  • Analyze relationships between staffing, finances, production and quality
  • Support leadership with data and trend analysis for strategic decisions
  • Provide decision support during changes in strategy or organization
  • Contribute to improving data quality and self-service solutions
  • Participate in and expand collaboration with relevant working groups and projects related to analysis and decision support
  • Make independent decisions about analysis priorities and initiatives
  • Recommend actions to leadership based on analyses and monitoring
