System Engineer Remote Tower System

Responsible for technical leadership in national and international customer projects delivering to airports worldwide. Engage in full system lifecycle including requirements management, documentation, testing, validation, configuration, installation, and commissioning at customer sites. Collaborate closely with customers, end users, software developers, and other stakeholders. Opportunity to travel globally to airports.
Main requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Experience and strong interest in technical and complex software systems, e.g. Kubernetes
- Good planning skills and ability to effectively prioritize
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
- Motivated by continuous learning and creative problem-solving
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Valid driver's license is advantageous
- Ability to pass security clearance and meet citizenship requirements if applicable
Responsibilities:
- Take technical responsibility for one or more customer projects
- Work within a team of project managers and technical leaders
- Engage in the entire system lifecycle: requirements management, documentation, testing, validation, configuration, installation, commissioning
- Build long-term trust with customers through close contact
- Travel to different airports domestically and internationally
