Main requirements:
  • Technical post-secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably in the carton, printing, or converting industry
  • Good technical understanding relevant to the industry
  • Very good spoken and written skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience in customer dialogue, complaint handling or technical customer support is meritorious
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, administer and follow up on complaints
  • Provide technical support during customer visits and in dialogue with sales and production
  • Give technical advice and information about products to customers and sales
  • Gather and communicate customer requirements, complaint status, and special requests to relevant departments
  • Participate in quality and product development projects when applicable
