Kambi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantitative Analyst to join their quantitative analysis team in central Stockholm. The role offers the opportunity to research and develop cutting-edge algorithmic solutions to support B2B Sportsbook operations, with responsibility for developing and maintaining sports models and leading cross-functional teams.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, physics, etc.)
  • Previous experience designing predictive models for real-world business problems
  • Advanced knowledge of stochastic processes, mathematical methods, and probability theory
  • Proficiency with C/C++ and Python, exposure to software teams with git is a plus
  • Experience using statistical and query languages such as R and SQL for data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with cloud computing (AWS) is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Support and collaborate closely with trading, risk, and other business areas by providing algorithmic solutions
  • Responsible for the end-to-end algorithm development process including inception, deployment, and maintenance
  • Analyze and interpret data to detect meaningful information, changes in patterns, and trends
  • Communicate results and ideas effectively to stakeholders
