Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in system administration within Windows environments
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, O365/M365
  • Experience with networking, firewalls, and backup solutions
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Right to work in Sweden
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operation and maintenance of servers, networks, and workstations
  • Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support to users
  • Work on security and preventive measures against intrusions and operational disruptions
  • Install and update software and keep hardware inventory up to date
  • Plan and implement system improvements and capacity development
