Main requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a servicedesk environment
  • Experience with Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Intune
Responsibilities:
  • Handle IT-related user issues via phone, email, and ticket system
  • Resolve IT problems of various complexity
  • Escalate tickets to other teams when necessary
  • Follow up on ticket handling
  • Document solutions to improve team efficiency
