Enterprise Infrastructure Architect

Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure ensuring a stable, secure, and future-proof IT delivery in collaboration with external IT partners and internal stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise with strategic architecture and operational responsibilities as Service Delivery Manager for cloud services.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services architecture
  • Experience as a client/orderer of cloud services and traditional IT services, and IT architect role
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms
  • Experience with outsourcing, vendor management and ITIL processes
  • Strong communication skills bridging technology and business
  • Relevant higher education in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English in speech and writing
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and document overall technical infrastructure architecture
  • Develop and govern cloud strategy and its implementation
  • Ensure service delivery according to agreed SLAs with external IT suppliers
  • Advise and guide product owners on solutions
  • Ongoing follow-up, quality assurance and development of cloud services
  • Govern and evolve infrastructural target architectures and platforms
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners
  • Handle incident management and escalation in close coordination with operations
  • Lead and participate in infrastructure change and new technology projects
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports and decision support materials
