As an AI Demand Manager, you will identify, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives that drive real value for millions of customers in a major banking environment. The role involves governance, stakeholder management, and operationalizing AI demand within a central team.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in AI development and implementation
  • Understanding of AI in the context of a large enterprise
  • Experience from leading role in large scale initiatives
  • Experience with senior stakeholder interaction
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
  • Develop governance framework and processes for collecting, curating, prioritizing and overseeing AI demand
  • Work together with central team to embed AI demand
  • Manage stakeholders from business units and internal functions
  • Operationalize and run demand management within central team
  • Prepare decision material related to prioritization and communication
