As an AI Demand Manager, you will identify, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives that drive real value for millions of customers in a major banking environment. The role involves governance, stakeholder management, and operationalizing AI demand within a central team.
Main requirements:
- Experience in AI development and implementation
- Understanding of AI in the context of a large enterprise
- Experience from leading role in large scale initiatives
- Experience with senior stakeholder interaction
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Develop governance framework and processes for collecting, curating, prioritizing and overseeing AI demand
- Work together with central team to embed AI demand
- Manage stakeholders from business units and internal functions
- Operationalize and run demand management within central team
- Prepare decision material related to prioritization and communication
