Lead a technically skilled team and play a key role in the digital transformation of Region Skåne by managing, developing intelligent automation, and maintaining sustainable IT solutions in a modern environment.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in engineering, systems science, IT or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in IT and automation leadership.
  • Knowledge of intelligent automation, operation, and development, preferably with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and digital or technology project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical specialists and developers overseeing platform technical management.
  • Own responsibility for personnel, operations, and finances reporting to area manager.
  • Participate in leadership groups for Digital Operations Development and Digital Transformation area.
  • Coach and develop employees fostering conditions for learning and innovation.
  • Ensure collaboration between technology, requirements, and business.
  • Contribute to development of automation strategies, methods, and work approaches.
  • Manage platform operation, development, and technical administration.
  • Oversee smooth deployment and transition to production with handover to maintenance.
  • Conduct environmental scanning to keep up with technical developments in automation and platform modernization.
