Lead a technically skilled team and play a key role in the digital transformation of Region Skåne by managing, developing intelligent automation, and maintaining sustainable IT solutions in a modern environment.
Main requirements:
- University degree in engineering, systems science, IT or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in IT and automation leadership.
- Knowledge of intelligent automation, operation, and development, preferably with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital or technology project management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical specialists and developers overseeing platform technical management.
- Own responsibility for personnel, operations, and finances reporting to area manager.
- Participate in leadership groups for Digital Operations Development and Digital Transformation area.
- Coach and develop employees fostering conditions for learning and innovation.
- Ensure collaboration between technology, requirements, and business.
- Contribute to development of automation strategies, methods, and work approaches.
- Manage platform operation, development, and technical administration.
- Oversee smooth deployment and transition to production with handover to maintenance.
- Conduct environmental scanning to keep up with technical developments in automation and platform modernization.
