Solution Architect for HR IT

Join us to shape future HR solutions in a public sector organization. As a Solution Architect at Arbetsförmedlingen, you will play a key role in developing sustainable IT solutions for the authority's HR functions.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a solution architect in a large organization.
  • Experience with technical environments combining custom-developed systems and SaaS.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Relevant post-secondary technical education (e.g., computer engineering, systems science) or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan realization of IT solutions based on business needs and existing IT services.
  • Ensure development aligns with target architecture and shared architectural principles.
  • Work across multiple systems and processes within the organization’s architecture governance.
  • Adapt architectural concepts to business needs and contribute to value-creating solutions.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, driving results in a non-competitive manner.
Required hard skills:
  • Solution Architecture in large organizations
  • Technical understanding of mixed system environments (custom and SaaS)
  • Agile development methodologies
  • System integration and architecture knowledge
  • Technical workshop leadership and solution presentation
