We are looking for a skilled and quality-focused Integration and Test Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of integration and testing activities across complex systems. The role ensures successful integration and reliable functioning of all system components including hardware, software, and interfaces as per technical, performance, and safety requirements.
Main requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- Substantial experience with system integration and testing in complex technical environments
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and test management tools
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and parallel tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Structured and proactive problem-solving approach
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and maintenance of integration and test strategies, plans, and timelines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to support seamless integration of technical components
- Oversee preparation and execution of functional, performance, and regression testing activities
- Ensure accurate identification, documentation, and tracking of defects, driving them to resolution
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to testing teams
- Communicate testing progress, key findings, and risks clearly to stakeholders and project teams
