Service Manager Network

Bankgirot is seeking a Service Manager Network to join their growing organization in Stockholm. This role is a key part of their extensive transformation to develop a future-proof payment infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure current payment systems while building a modern platform shaping Sweden's payment flows.
Main requirements:
  • Strong background in service-based IT delivery, preferably in hybrid delivery models.
  • Good technical understanding of networking and experience with IT security services.
  • Experience working with ITIL-based processes.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Structured working style with strong drive.
  • Experience leading and following up complex deliveries in a technically advanced environment.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to undergo security clearance according to the Swedish Protective Security Act (2018:585).
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous development and improvement of service deliveries in line with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage lifecycle of services ensuring compliance with security demands.
  • Make technical decisions related to the service area, including platform, tools, and work methods.
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead.
  • Responsible for budget, forecasting, and cost tracking within the service area.
  • Specify and follow up on suppliers' SLA/KPI and technical solutions.
  • Report internally on service status and development.
  • Lead risk management and handle escalations.
  • Facilitate internal and external collaboration, including with suppliers and business units.
  • Communicate clearly about service status, changes, and development plans.
