Service Manager Network

Bankgirot is seeking a Service Manager Network to join their growing organization in Stockholm. This role is a key part of their extensive transformation to develop a future-proof payment infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure current payment systems while building a modern platform shaping Sweden's payment flows.
Main requirements:
- Strong background in service-based IT delivery, preferably in hybrid delivery models.
- Good technical understanding of networking and experience with IT security services.
- Experience working with ITIL-based processes.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Structured working style with strong drive.
- Experience leading and following up complex deliveries in a technically advanced environment.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Ability to undergo security clearance according to the Swedish Protective Security Act (2018:585).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous development and improvement of service deliveries in line with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage lifecycle of services ensuring compliance with security demands.
- Make technical decisions related to the service area, including platform, tools, and work methods.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead.
- Responsible for budget, forecasting, and cost tracking within the service area.
- Specify and follow up on suppliers' SLA/KPI and technical solutions.
- Report internally on service status and development.
- Lead risk management and handle escalations.
- Facilitate internal and external collaboration, including with suppliers and business units.
- Communicate clearly about service status, changes, and development plans.
