Senior Technical Project Manager in System Development

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join Accelerate at Iver, focusing on digitalization and system development projects for market-leading customers. The role involves leading agile digital transformation projects, collaborating in teams, and contributing to modern IT solutions with advanced technologies including Microsoft Azure, SAFe, Kubernetes, and cloud solutions.
Main requirements:
  • At least 10 years experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Previous experience as a system developer with strong understanding of methodology and technology
  • Certifications in PPS or equivalent and agile methodologies such as SAFe
  • Experience in other system development roles like requirements management or test leadership
  • Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Genuine interest in leading project teams to deliver well-functioning and maintainable applications
Responsibilities:
  • Lead digitalization and system development projects for clients
  • Work early in customer dialogues to identify needs and solutions
  • Support customers in modernizing their IT environments and adopting agile ways of working
  • Drive project teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Required hard skills:
  • Project management certification such as PPS or equivalent
  • Agile methodology expertise especially SAFe
  • Technical understanding from previous system development experience
  • Requirements management and test leadership experience
  • Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container technologies
  • Knowledge of Open Source technologies
