Lead development and adaptation of Android applications for next-generation infotainment systems, ensuring integration with updated display formats and aligning with company software platform strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, improve development practices, and communicate effectively across the organization.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience in Android application development with strong understanding of modern architecture patterns
  • Master’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development with Java and/or Kotlin
  • Hands-on experience in Linux development environment
  • Proficiency in automated unit and integration testing in Java/Kotlin
  • Experience with version control and CI tools such as Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute adaptation of three Android applications (Charging, Car Status, Drive Settings) for next-generation infotainment systems
  • Ensure seamless integration with updated screen sizes, resolutions, and orientation formats
  • Align development with company’s unified software platform strategy and design specifications
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices, automation, and code quality
  • Effectively communicate and support broader organization in software-related matters
