  • Experience in international corporations and regulated industries is advantageous
  • Experience as a hiring manager is a plus
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage overall IT architecture, including cloud strategy (Azure), integrations, and data management
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects including rollout of new ERP (Infor M3 Cloud), e-commerce development, and integration solutions
  • Ensure IT architecture aligns with business processes and drives efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including senior management to align IT strategy with business needs
  • Lead development and implementation of data management and governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility
  • Lead development of Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision making
  • Lead and develop a Data Steward from start and build a future team of architects and IT specialists
