Agile Coach

As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in creating a culture of flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement for our clients by supporting and guiding them through agile change processes.
Main requirements:
  • At least 3 years documented experience as an Agile Coach and agile change management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT development
  • Expertise in agile methods and frameworks
  • Experience facilitating workshops and conducting training sessions
  • Relevant education and certifications in agile methodologies
  • Preferably experience in Scrum Master and Product Owner roles
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Create conditions and inspire the implementation of agile principles throughout client organizations
  • Coach and mentor individuals across the organization to support agile transformation
  • Work with management teams at a strategic level and closely collaborate with teams in daily operations
  • Adapt methods and approaches pragmatically to achieve transformation, implementation, and results
