An engaging role as an onsite technician providing IT support and maintenance for hardware and software, with direct user contact in Gothenburg.
Main requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or onsite technician role
  • Good knowledge in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with Office 365 and ticket management systems
  • Basic understanding of networking and printer configurations
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite IT support and maintenance for computers, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including Windows and macOS
  • Administer Office 365 and other business applications
  • Handle and document customer cases efficiently in ticket systems
  • Offer professional, pedagogical support directly to users
  • Collaborate with other IT functions to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and stable IT environment
