Main requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates
  • Craft compelling messaging for various customer segments across channels
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align positioning with market needs
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Create sales enablement materials like product one-pagers, FAQs, and presentations
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing and product adoption
  • Develop and implement brand experiences aligned with MAJORITY app identity and tone
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate to create cohesive, user-focused branding elements
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines reflecting new product growth
  • Strengthen brand awareness and loyalty through storytelling and customer-centric content
  • Manage brand-related projects ensuring alignment with strategies and deadlines
  • Write clear, concise, user-centric in-app copy including onboarding, notifications, and error messages
  • Develop style guide for in-app copy to ensure consistency
  • Oversee translation process of app content into Spanish ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
  • Collaborate with translators and vendors and manage quality assurance and timelines for translations
  • Monitor user feedback from Spanish-speaking users to improve translation quality
