A Software Developer Consultant role within a leading financial technology company focused on risk modeling for derivatives clearing, involving maintaining and enhancing risk management systems and migrating technology to AWS cloud platform.
Main requirements:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop C# and Python applications.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS.
- Deploy and maintain databases supporting the risk management organization.
- Mentor software development team members.
- Participate in both technical and business-oriented projects.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing risk management systems.
- Support migration of technology stack to AWS cloud platform.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts, software developers, risk operations, treasury, and technology teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize relational databases.
