IBM Client Innovation Center Sweden AB, a wholly owned IBM subsidiary based in Malmö, is seeking an IT Architect to design solution architectures addressing client business challenges. The role involves working with technical and business teams to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, creating deployment plans, documenting architecture and business requirements, and maintaining application infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have extensive Salesforce expertise including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, AI automation, and integration with platforms like AWS and SAP. Responsibilities span end-to-end Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, data migration, DevOps best practices, innovation with Einstein GPT, and customer web portal architecture.
Main requirements:
- Experience as IT Architect / Solution Architect specifically in Salesforce.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Salesforce System and Application Architecture certification.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (AWS, SAP, enterprise systems).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce clouds including Service, Sales, Marketing, Health, CPQ, Experience, and Data Cloud.
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, batch processing, platform events.
- Ability to lead teams on large Salesforce projects.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jira, Autorabit, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong data modeling, security, and sharing architecture knowledge.
- Ability to document architectures, deployment plans, and system interaction diagrams.
- Capable of maintaining application infrastructure and resolving IT tickets.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies, vendors, and business models.
- Identify integration opportunities for new technologies into existing products and services.
- Create deployment plans and document architecture and business requirements for technology implementation.
- Identify change activities for successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
- Apply enterprise deployment and design methodologies.
- Work within matrixed teams and with internal and external partners to deliver solutions.
- Maintain and support application infrastructure.
- Document actions taken assigned in IT trouble ticket applications.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Develop scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, LWC, Jest tests, APIs, and platform events.
- Drive integration strategies with AWS, SAP, and legacy systems.
- Deliver technical capabilities across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Design and implement data migration strategies using Data Loader, Workbench, and Snowflake.
- Establish and maintain DevOps best practices.
- Drive innovation using Einstein GPT and AI-powered automation.
- Lead implementation of customized case management, QR code-based product acknowledgment, and real-time customer database search.
- Architect and migrate customer help web portals into custom Experience Cloud sites, including LWR sites with WES design framework.
