We are looking for a driven UX Designer who enjoys creating user-friendly and visually appealing software. Barkfors offers you the opportunity to be involved from the start and build something new, contribute your skills, and continue developing within UX.
Main requirements:
- Experience working a few years as a UX designer
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement our first guidelines, work processes, and design principles
- Be involved in the entire design process from research and wireframes to prototypes and final interfaces
- Establish foundations for user-centered design and user testing
- Collaborate with developers, application consultants, and other team members to create user-friendly products
Required hard skills:
- Design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience building design processes or starting up UX functions in an organization
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but a bonus)
