Business Analyst- Custody/ Banking

We are looking for two Business Analysts to join our customer team as consultants. The role involves leading requirements work, guiding and mentoring other analysts, educating Operations staff, and ensuring the requirements are well-structured and aligned with project needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders including Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Managers is required to gather and analyze business needs, translate them into specifications and system requirements, and sometimes write technical requirements. The Business Analyst will coordinate refinement work, communicate across all levels and stakeholders, and manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated expertise
  • Experience with complex systems and/or large projects
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Technical background with technical education and/or developer/tester experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with structured approach and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the requirements work and guide other Requirements Analysts
  • Mentor fellow Business Analysts and Requirements Analysts
  • Educate Operations staff in Requirements field
  • Collaborate with Chief Product Owners, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Managers
  • Gather and analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and system requirements
  • Write technical requirements when necessary
  • Coordinate and drive refinement work
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to define requirements and scope
  • Manage requirements throughout the entire product life cycle
