IT Support Technician for a Customer in the Education Sector

We are looking for a committed and technically skilled IT Support Technician to assist users with their IT-related questions and problems. As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of the customer's support team handling incoming simpler IT cases from users including teachers and other school staff via phone, email, and portal.
Main requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Good technical knowledge and ability to solve simpler IT-related problems
  • Excellent communication skills and patience to guide users over the phone
  • Ability to document cases accurately and thoroughly
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming cases via phone, email, and portal
  • Resolve issues related to M365, Windows, Google, Mac, web, and more
  • Document cases in the case management system
  • Manage, follow up, and resolve ongoing and older cases
  • Strive to resolve as many cases as possible to ensure fast and effective user support
  • Maintain a good atmosphere together with colleagues and have fun at work
