We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with experience as a Business Analyst to contribute to the further development of a platform used by over 20,000 employees. The role involves a combination of technical development and business-near analysis.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in ServiceNow development
  • Documented experience as a Business Analyst
  • Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and experience automating workflows in ServiceNow
  • Experience with integrations, incident handling, and troubleshooting
  • Experienced in conducting workshops and maintaining dialogues with business units
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage several product areas within the ServiceNow platform
  • Work closely with business in agile teams including developers, business analysts, service managers, and service owners
  • Impact both technical solutions and work methods to deliver valuable and efficient outcomes
