We are looking for an IT/OT Specialist to play a key role in securing the future of production in the Swedish food industry by managing and developing IT environments in production.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in technology, IT, automation or equivalent.
  • Experience with IT/OT networks and working in or with manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with IT/OT integration.
  • Knowledge of implementation and maintenance of security measures and familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks, specifically CIS and NIS2.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as requirements specialist and main contact for OT-related issues with the IT operations partner; interpret and translate business challenges.
  • Collaborate with operations partner and automation department to optimize and enhance the IT environment in production.
  • Ensure and maintain cybersecurity levels according to best practices to protect IT/OT environments.
  • Lead projects related to improvements and upgrades in the factory environment.
  • Troubleshoot problems and incidents, coordinate support efforts and resolve issues independently when possible.
  • Act as a sounding board, advisor, and support for business units, assisting production staff with basic OT security and procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies within IT/OT.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with IT/OT networks.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry environments.
  • Experience with IT/OT integration.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as CIS and regulatory compliance with NIS2.
  • Post-secondary technical education.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Understanding of automation systems such as SCADA, PLC, DCS and MES platforms, and vCenter.
  • Experience as a requirements specialist toward IT suppliers.
