Main requirements:
- Several years of experience in backend development preferably across different industries and technical environments.
- Proficient in C# and .NET with experience in REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL including handling stored procedures.
- Experience working in teams with a collaborative and unpretentious attitude, sharing knowledge freely.
- Proactive and curious mindset aimed at improving code and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend solutions in C# and .NET to handle large data volumes ensuring stable and efficient performance.
- Build REST APIs and integrations to enable smooth data flows between systems.
- Modernize existing architecture to enhance scalability and upgrade technology gradually.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, SQL experts, business consultants, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in agile team rituals such as daily stand-ups and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
