Helpdesk Technician / Support Technician

We are seeking experienced and engaged support technicians for IT support, working primarily in a Windows environment but also occasionally Mac. You will handle technical support calls, troubleshooting using remote tools or phone, manage Azure AD accounts and groups, troubleshoot networks, and support Microsoft 365 and related applications. Server troubleshooting (primarily Windows) may also be required.
Main requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working at a servicedesk
  • Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows and Mac environments
  • Knowledge of server management (primarily Windows)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from users needing technical support
  • Provide support and troubleshooting via remote tools and phone
  • Manage accounts and groups in Azure AD
  • Troubleshoot network issues
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 and associated applications
  • Perform basic server troubleshooting
