Main requirements:
  • Technical higher education or equivalent experience in system development or embedded systems.
  • Extensive experience in system work and requirements management in complex environments.
  • Experience with tools and methods like Jira, DOORS, UML or similar.
  • Good communication skills and enjoy collaborating in agile teams.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with system design, requirements management and technical solutions for advanced systems in defense, automotive and IoT sectors.
  • Act as a central link between customer needs and technical implementations.
  • Participate in and drive development projects with an end-to-end perspective, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues in cross-functional teams, locally and remotely.
  • Contribute to strengthening the new site and create long-term customer relationships.
