IT Security Assignment Leader

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Assignment Leader for an exciting mission with our client in the defense and aviation industry. This is initially a consulting assignment for about 12 months via Unik Resurs, with the intention of direct employment by the client. The role involves leading and coordinating IT security assignments for Gripen C/D and E in a high-tech environment where availability and security are crucial.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT/computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • Project management experience and assignment leader training
  • Knowledge of Antura or similar project tools
  • Understanding of technical systems, IT security and risk management
  • Experience with hardware/software and systems development
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and make decisions with a holistic view
  • Good documentation and communication skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, distribute and follow up incoming IT security assignments
  • Lead and support the team's work within time, budget and resource constraints
  • Ensure clear and appropriate work methods according to current requirements
  • Create schedules, calculations and budget documentation
  • Provide strategic support to management and collaborate closely with other team leaders
  • Participate in networks with other assignment/project leaders
  • Contribute actively to innovation and improvements in the area
