Main requirements:
- At least six months experience in a service desk role
- Experience working in Windows environments
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting and installing applications
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for Centric's clients in Stockholm
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain a customer-focused attitude
- Handle IT-related inquiries and problem solving as the initial point of contact
