As an AI Software Developer at Knowit Sweden, you will play a key role in developing advanced AI applications. Main requirements:
- Experience as Tech Lead or similar leadership role in AI development.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and make strategic decisions regarding architecture and solution design.
- Support and inspire team members towards technical excellence.
- Build AI solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and customer-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Work with latest AI and machine learning technologies.
- Develop and implement scalable AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and make strategic architectural decisions.
- Support and inspire the team to achieve technical excellence.
Required hard skills:
- Python programming (preferably with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
- Experience with AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLM), Transformer architectures, and generative AI tools.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar.
- Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
- API development: REST and/or GraphQL.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
Recommended hard skills:
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, and optimization.
- Interest in ethical and responsible AI principles including fairness and explainability.
