Lead development and customization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for a large insurance company, driving digital innovation and performance.
Main requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in AEM development (AEM 6.x and above)
  • At least 3 years in lead or senior role
  • Deep knowledge of JCR, Sling, OSGi, Apache Felix, and AEM Dispatcher
  • Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience with AEM Asset Workflows and Dynamic Media API integration
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, AMS, or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, Adobe Cloud Pipelines
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS solutions
  • Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead AEM development and customization to meet business requirements
  • Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and OSGi services
  • Develop and manage integrations with third-party applications like Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure optimal AEM performance through caching, dispatcher configuration, and scalability best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to development team
  • Manage DevOps tasks related to AEM deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure AEM security and compliance with governance policies
  • Work with UX/UI designers, content authors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences
