As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation for clients, analyzing business needs, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements. Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within digital transformation or IT.
  • Experience in requirements management, process analysis, and business development.
  • Understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Relevant academic background in IT, economics, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Document processes and improvement proposals and drive implementation of new working methods.
  • Support clients in change management and optimization of business processes.
  • Work in agile teams and contribute to an effective delivery process.
