Second Line Support Technician

Centric is seeking an experienced Second Line Support Technician for an assignment at a security-classified company in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be a key link between second and third line support, handling more complex cases and orders.
Main requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in end-user support, preferably in a Second Line Extended role.
  • Competence in systematic troubleshooting, ITIL methodology, and documentation.
  • Experience working in Microsoft and/or Linux environments and handling tasks via tools such as Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, and SCCM.
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, and databases.
  • Good spoken and written skills in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve deeper and more complex support cases using an extensive knowledge base.
  • Document solutions and contribute to improving work processes.
  • Perform systematic troubleshooting in both Microsoft and Linux environments.
  • Manage tasks in various issue handling systems.
  • Work with technologies like Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, infrastructure, network, servers, SCCM, and databases.
  • Provide technical support within defense-secret environments, requiring SK2 security clearance.
  • Collaborate closely within a team to ensure high-quality support.
  • Work onsite in Gothenburg and potentially travel to Linköping and Stockholm for cooperation.
