Main requirements:
  • Technical education preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with surge arresters business for standard AC applications.
  • Self-motivated, reliable team player with an independent and results-oriented working style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Structured, persistent, well-organized, committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel for short business trips.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze customer specifications, identify scope, and design tailor-made HV Surge Arresters solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate type test execution and development projects for new product applications.
  • Participate in creation of technical and commercial quotations.
  • Interact with customers and Project Management team to provide technical guidance.
  • Conduct technical webinars related to product designs.
  • Contribute to design reviews, verification, provide feedback and make necessary modifications.
  • Prepare and review technical articles and product documentation for publication.
Required hard skills:
  • Technical education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in surge arresters for AC applications.
  • Ability to analyze customer specifications and design solutions.
