Main requirements:
  • Experience working in a service desk or technical customer service environment
  • Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 and basic computer troubleshooting
  • Experience with Active Directory administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to document clearly and structurally
