We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering studies and early-phase industrial projects ensuring quality and alignment with goals. The role involves managing multi-disciplinary deliverables, coordinating external engineering partners, mitigating engineering risks, ensuring compliance, supporting modular design initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting continuous improvement.
Main requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
  • Experience in industrial project engineering or project management within plant or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong track record delivering engineering packages in early-phase projects (pre-FEED and FEED)
  • Deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline with ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • Experience leading external engineering teams and managing stakeholder interfaces
  • Proficiency in engineering design tools, document control, and digital collaboration platforms
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical risks in complex multi-disciplinary contexts
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing project documentation
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
  • Own engineering studies including scope, design development, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination
  • Lead technical aspects of early-phase industrial projects to prepare for execution
  • Drive quality and alignment of multi-disciplinary engineering deliverables
  • Define design basis and technical requirements for engineering specifications
  • Coordinate and lead work packages with external engineering partners
  • Identify and mitigate engineering risks collaboratively
  • Manage cross-discipline interfaces (civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
  • Organize and lead technical reviews (HAZOPs, design, constructability)
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Support development of modular and standardized design concepts
  • Provide engineering input to procurement and vendor review processes
  • Mentor junior engineers and share technical best practices
  • Support client’s framework for continuous improvement and project development
Required hard skills:
