System Administrator / System Technician Business Intelligence Platform

Manage and optimize BI tools, primarily Qlik Sense, ensuring operational stability and performance within an agile IT team environment.
Main requirements:
  • University degree of at least 180 ECTS credits in Computer and Systems Science or relevant education/work experience assessed as comparable
  • Several years of current and relevant experience as a system administrator, system caretaker, or BI developer
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Experience with SQL coding (DQL, DML)
  • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Problem-solving skills to handle technical system issues independently and in team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and operate BI tools including Qlik Sense, system upgrades and maintenance
  • Ensure stable and efficient functionality of BI tools for all users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues primarily related to Qlik Sense
  • Support users with questions about the tool and its functions
  • Ensure BI tools comply with internal security and privacy requirements
  • Optimize system performance
  • Establish procedures and appropriate documentation
  • Collaborate with IT architects and team members in an agile work approach
