System Administrator / System Technician Business Intelligence Platform

Manage and optimize BI tools, primarily Qlik Sense, ensuring operational stability and performance within an agile IT team environment.

Main requirements:

University degree of at least 180 ECTS credits in Computer and Systems Science or relevant education/work experience assessed as comparable
Several years of current and relevant experience as a system administrator, system caretaker, or BI developer
Basic understanding of databases
Experience with SQL coding (DQL, DML)
Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
Problem-solving skills to handle technical system issues independently and in team
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively

Responsibilities:

Maintain and operate BI tools including Qlik Sense, system upgrades and maintenance
Ensure stable and efficient functionality of BI tools for all users
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues primarily related to Qlik Sense
Support users with questions about the tool and its functions
Ensure BI tools comply with internal security and privacy requirements
Optimize system performance
Establish procedures and appropriate documentation
Collaborate with IT architects and team members in an agile work approach
