Join us to develop the future of information management at the Swedish Armed Forces. We seek a Technical Product Owner focused on developing and managing functionalities related to internal support, document, and case management systems, contributing directly to operational capability.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience with management models such as PM3 and ITIL, and system development
  • Good understanding of IT services and case management systems
  • Ability to plan long-term, take responsibility and work in a structured manner
  • Ability to communicate technical content pedagogically
  • Good knowledge of application platforms including cloud-based platforms and services
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, configure and follow up on case management and service catalog
  • Initiate and coordinate changes and lead development activities
  • Participate in design work and translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with material system leaders, area managers, technical system leaders, and suppliers
Required hard skills:
  • Management models (e.g., PM3, ITIL)

  • Application platforms including cloud-based
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces or other government agencies
  • Project management or requirements specification experience
  • Knowledge of information and document management systems in the public sector

  • Good knowledge of C3 taxonomy
