As an Enterprise Architect - People at H&M Group, you will play a key role in shaping the future of HR, Collaboration, and workforce management technology in a fast-evolving enterprise environment. You will define, optimize, and evolve the Collaboration and HR technology landscape while enabling seamless employee experiences across all touchpoints. You will collaborate across functions to ensure alignment between business and technology strategies, support architecture governance, drive technology optimization, and participate in strategic leadership and decision support.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF (preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, business technology or related roles
  • 10+ years experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture roles
  • 5+ years experience across multiple segments preferably in Retail/B2C industry
  • Experience working with business and technology stakeholders using EA tools like LeanIX
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies including talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, collaboration, and HR operations
  • Experience with AI, automation, data analytics, and RPA in HR processes
  • Experience with IT operating model, portfolio management, and corporate capabilities toolchains
  • Proven track record in architecture governance, standards definition and leadership of cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in vendor management and strategic third-party relationships
Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive HR business functional and technology architecture aligned with business strategy
  • Lead transition from current to future state architectures with stakeholder engagement
  • Identify cross-dependencies between business processes and technology to support capability development and digital transformation
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-wide architecture principles, frameworks and roadmaps for HR technologies
  • Evaluate and optimize the HR technology landscape to reduce technical debt and enhance business value
  • Assess industry trends like AI, automation and RPA for HR and workforce management impact
  • Guide and coach stakeholders on investment decisions balancing risks, costs and priorities
  • Support definition and implementation of new operating models and technology-driven HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with vendors ensuring strategic partnerships align with business and technology roadmaps
  • Coordinate with architects across related segments for integration of People technology solutions
  • Oversee solution design, integration development and roadmap execution to deliver business outcomes
  • Participate in enterprise architecture practices promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
